Every machine will have a manual and videos can guide you. Also, our professional engineer will do training online if necessary. For some special machine, we also can send our engineer to your company or you can assign your operator to our factory.
Yes, we could help do OEM and can print your logo on machine, please share your logo with us then we can check.
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.
